Don't limit invoice number prefix to 3 characters or more

We want to collect donations for a non-profit and to distinguish donations from other invoices, so want to use "D-" in the invoice prefix number. We can neither use a single letter (i.e. "D") nor a hyphen (i.e. "-"). Please can you make this more flexible.
